Images - we accept jpegs. Please make sure you resize them before sending - we use images up to 400 pixels wide at a resolution of 72dpi.
Text - If you don't want to key your text in to the box on the form then you can send us a file in notepad or Word format.
Video - we accept video files from most digital cameras, camcorders, and cell phones in the .WMV, .AVI, .MOV, and .MPG file formats. You can send files up to 25Mb.
Audio - we accept audio files in the following formats: .MP3, .MP4
